A simple-to-make dressing that'll taste great on any salad - so easy to whip up at home, you'll never feel the need to buy ready-made again
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp white or red wine vinegar
- 1/2-1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 6 tbsp good olive oil
WEIGHT CONVERTER
Method
- Whisk vinegar with mustard and plenty of seasoning. Slowly whisk in olive oil (or shake ingredients together in a jar.)
- Use to dress salad leaves. Keep in the fridge and use within 1 week.

Add cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs for different flavours.
