Ingredients
- 40g butter 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 75g full-flavour white cheese, grate You'll also need 500g spinach, washed thoroughly Nutmeg 50ml double cream

Method
- Cook the spinach in a large pan for 2-3 mins until wilted. Tip into a colander and squeeze well to remove excess water.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large pan over a medium heat, add the garlic and cook for 2-3 mins until softened, but not coloured. Add the spinach to the pan and grate over some nutmeg. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Stir in the cream and cheese and cook for 1 min until melted.
