Miso glazed salmon is a really simple Asian-inspired dish that's so easy to make. Salmon goes great with a sweet and savoury type glaze, which is just what this miso paste adds to this recipe. This makes a really speedy dinner as it's ready in only 20 minutes and is quite a lot like a stir-fry, so it's perfect served with greens like Tenderstem broccoli, mangetout, pak choi or whatever else you've got in the fridge. You can just as easily have this dish with steamed rice if you don't want noodles.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 30g white miso paste
- 1½tbsp dark soy sauce
- 3tbsp honey
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1 lime
- Noodles and stir-fried greens, to serve
