For a fast and fruity dessert these passion fruit and lime puddings are a real winner. The combination of fragrantly perfumed passion fruit combined with zingy lime, whipped cream and condensed milk make these desserts totally delicious. You can whip them up in advance and chill in the fridge for several hours so they’re perfect for easy entertaining and look stunning served in glasses with a spoonful of passion fruit on the top and a slice of lime. Serve with some bought almond biscuits for a bit of added crunch. When buying passion fruit look for ones with wrinkled skins, this shows they’re ripe and will have the best flavour.
Ingredients
- 4 passion fruit
- 300ml double cream
- 200g condensed milk
- Juice of 2 limes plus wedges to decorate

Method
- Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp. Reserve 4tsp for decoration and sieve the remainder into a large bowl to remove the seeds.
- Add the cream, condensed milk and lime juice to the bowl and whisk with an electric mixer until evenly mixed and starting to thicken.
- Spoon into glasses and chill until ready to serve. Decorate with the reserved passion fruit pulp and lime wedges.
Top Tip for making Passion fruit and lime puddings
You can replace the double cream with 0% fat Greek yogurt for a lower-fat, but equally delicious, dessert.
