Sesame and garlic greens are so quick and easy to make they will be on the table in 10 mins flat! Get your wok hot and stir-fry green beans, pak choi, sugar snap peas and spring greens, adding sesame oil and garlic for flavour. Top with crispy onions, and you'll have a healthy salad that's perfect for sharing as a side dish or as part of a sharing dinner.
Ingredients
- 1tbsp sunflower oil
- 200g green beans, trimmed
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 large pak choi, cut into quarters
- 100g sugar snap peas
- 100g choi sum or shredded spring greens
- 1-2tbsp light soy sauce
- 2tbsp crispy onions or salted roasted peanuts

Method
- Heat the sunflower oil in a wok and stir-fry the green beans for 2 mins. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the sesame oil and garlic, and mix well. Add the pak choi and sugar snap peas, and mix well. Add the spring greens, stir-fry for 1-2 mins, then return the green beans to the pan. Stir in the soy sauce, then sprinkle over the crispy onions to serve.
