  • 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 level tsp each smoked paprika and sea salt

  1. Dry the chickpeas on kitchen paper. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chickpeas and fry them, stirring occasionally, until crispy and browned, for about 4-5 mins.
  2. Drain them on kitchen paper, then transfer to a bowl and season with the paprika and salt, mixing well. Serve warm or cooled.
