Tuna is packed full of B vitamins, protein and omega-3 and this recipe provides a fresh and healthy twist on the classic barbecue burger- but is still just as satisfying!
Ingredients
- 450g raw tuna steaks
- 50g fresh breadcrumbs
- 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1tbsp Thai fish sauce
- 1tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 burger buns
- salad leaves, sliced tomato and seafood sauce (optional), to serve

Method
- Finely chop the tuna, using a food processor if possible, and working in small batches. Mix together with the breadcrumbs, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, Thai fish sauce and ketchup. Season with pepper.
- Shape the mixture into four equal-sized burgers.
- Barbecue for five minutes on each side and serve in buns with salad and sauce (if used).
