  • Tuna is packed full of B vitamins, protein and omega-3 and this recipe provides a fresh and healthy twist on the classic barbecue burger- but is still just as satisfying!

    • 450g raw tuna steaks
    • 50g fresh breadcrumbs
    • 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce
    • 1tbsp dark soy sauce
    • 1tbsp Thai fish sauce
    • 1tbsp tomato ketchup
    • 4 burger buns
    • salad leaves, sliced tomato and seafood sauce (optional), to serve

    • Finely chop the tuna, using a food processor if possible, and working in small batches. Mix together with the breadcrumbs, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, Thai fish sauce and ketchup. Season with pepper.

    • Shape the mixture into four equal-sized burgers.

    • Barbecue for five minutes on each side and serve in buns with salad and sauce (if used).
