Gogglebox star Jonathan Tapper loses three stone in 12 weeks after diabetes diagnosis
Gogglebox favourite Jonathan Tapper shocks fans by shedding almost three stone in just 12 weeks.
Johnathan Tapper, 51, managed to cut his weight from 21st 3lbs to 18st 8lbs after a health scare, which saw him being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
Jonathan previously worked in the food industry, but became a chauffeur after joining the hit Channel 4 show. He noticed his health was starting to suffer after he began spending most of his days sitting down.
It was when the TV personality was diagnosed with diabetes that he then made the decision to pursue a healthier lifestyle, by exercising and eating in moderation.
Jonathan was regularly seen on the show with his wife Nikki and their children, Josh, 21, and Amy, 19, eating takeaway as they flicked through the TV, however, his diet has now drastically changed.
Posting to her Instagram page recently, daughter Amy gave us the chance to have a peek at Jonathan's incredible weight loss - and just look at him! Doesn't he look great!?
So how did he do it?

Speaking to Sunday Express, Jonathan admitted: 'I love food and love to eat so keeping the weight off has always been a struggle for me.
'I've never been one for short-term quick fix diets - for me it's always been about making a lifestyle change.'
The star came across the musclefood.com Do The Unthinkable diet and exercise plan, and since taking it on has seen his waist drop from 44 to 38 inches.

Following the plan, Jonathon has swapped his previous diet of fried breakfasts and crisps with three high protein meals a day. The meals include protein porridge for breakfast, and chicken and steak for lunch and dinner.
The plan has cut his daily calorie consumption from around 3,000 to roughly 1,800.
Johnathan has also started taking the time to enjoy regular exercise, by squeezing in four 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training sessions a week.
Talking about his lifestyle change, the Gogglebox star stated: 'It's not all about work anymore, instead it's me and my health, making sure I get my exercise in and eat at the same time every day.'
