Mariana Cerqueira

 Mariana is a lifestyle writer who has written for Goodto.com and My Imperfect Life. She joined the Goodto.com team as an intern after completing her journalism MA at City University. After six months spent writing about food, celebrity news, and family trends, Mariana left to write for Healthy Food magazine - but returned in 2017, to join the Future team once again. In her spare time, you’ll find Mariana in the kitchen cooking for her friends.

From interviewing celebrities to the hottest parenting debates, Mariana likes to stay up to date with everything in the world of family news and to bring parents the news they need to know. This includes health advice - which is so important when you're looking after a little one - so she is always checking the latest health studies and often write about different conditions that may affect children to raise more awareness among parents.   

Mariana likes to keep up with the royal family, especially its younger members - from fun relatable parenting snippets from William and Kate or breaking news about baby Archie and Lillibet. 

She is also passionate about finding out about the real parenting stories that need to be told - from mums who want to fight the breastfeeding stigma to parents who want to raise awareness about issues that might be important to other parents.
