And, now he’s on a mission to brighten up Christmas morning with his new wrapping paper.

The budget store has released a Christmassy gift wrap featuring Kevin and his carrot family.

The cutest part? They’re all wearing individually decorated Christmas jumpers!

And with a nod to the family’s wintery adventures in this year Christmas advert, the paper comes on a blue or silver background decorated with glittery snowflakes.

It’s available in-store now for only £1.99 for a 3 metre roll, but unfortunately you can’t buy it online.

Aldi’s Kevin the carrot toys causes chaos online and instore but here’s how you can still get one

This Christmas is Kevin’s third annual outing after being introduced by the budget supermarket back in their 2016 Christmas advert.

Fans then learned of Kevin’s girlfriend, Katie the Carrot, in last year’s festive campaign and the store has now added to the root vegetable family with the couple’s three children – Chantenay, Baby Carrot and Jasper.

Following this year’s Christmas campaign, which saw the Carrot family eventually get their happily ever after Christmas, the retailer released Kevin and family plush toys in their stores and on their website.

However, the move caused havoc among customers who fought tooth and nail to get hold of one when they went on sale on 22nd November.

One customer tweeted her shopping woes writing: ‘@AldiUK Any chance of more #KevintheCarrot available ? I spent an hour on your website last night and although I managed to get #KevintheCarrot in my online basket four times your website kept crashing & I couldn’t pay for him, that made me & #KevintheCarrot very sad’.

While another shopper shared an image of the mammoth queues parents were waiting in to get their hands on the lovable character.

After the popular toys sold out last year, they were still available to buy on eBay, but prices went up to a whopping £1000 per toy!

But if you're lucky (and quick) you might still be able to get your hands on one for less. Find out how to be in with the best chance of bagging one before Christmas.

So you better stock up on the wrapping paper while you can, because if the toy sales were anything to go by it won’t be around for long!
