Lidl is launching a huge mother and baby event with deals from 39p
With deals like these, we can all afford to give our little prince or princess the royal treatment.
Lidl is launching a huge baby sale tomorrow and with deals like these, we can all afford to give our little prince or princess the royal treatment.
It might not be a problem for Meghan and Harry's new baby, but kitting out the nursery tends to leave a pretty big dent in the average wallet. But Lidl reckons that all new arrivals (and mums-to-be) deserve a bit of royal treatment. And we couldn’t agree more.
On Easter Monday (22nd April), the budget supermarket launches a huge baby and maternity event, with massive discounts on all those new baby essentials, from nappies and baby wipes to car seats and baby monitors. Expectant mums can even save on maternity wear, too. Nice one, Lidl!
Deals on Lidl’s award-winning range of Lupilu baby essentials, which includes several different kinds of baby wipes, baby lotion, nappies and nappy sacks, will start at just 39p, with a pack of two (adorable) short-sleeve bodysuits coming in at £2.99.
None of us wants to waste money on something we’ll only wear for a few months, but savvy mums-to-be will be able to snap up an entire outfit for less than £16. You’ll be able to buy Esmara maternity tops for just £6.99 and jeans for a budget-friendly £8.99.
But it’s the big ticket items that could make you some serious savings. The Britax Romer Evolva 1-2-3 Group Car Seat will be on sale for just £69.99 – that’s a discount of more than 50 per cent on the recommended retail price of £145.
The Motorola 3.5” Digital Video Monitor will be available to buy for only £79.99, saving you 43 per cent on the £139.99 list price.

And don’t forget all those last minute essentials – from thermometers and bottles to baby healthcare kits and blackout blinds, Lidl has you covered.
Of course, play is just as important! Tots are bound to love the Bright Stars Activity Gym and Galt Jungle Play Nest. And the Disney Dream‘n’Play Travel Cot is sure to come in handy – saving you £20 on the £69.99 RRP, it’s definitely a savvy investment!
The range will go on sale in Lidl stores from Monday 22nd April. It’s only available while stocks last, so you’ll have to be quick!
