Prince George and Princess Charlotte look adorable at their brother Prince Louis’ christening

Prince Louis is being christened today, in an intimate ceremony that brought several of the members of the royal family together.

William and Kate were joined by their eldest children Prince George and Princess Charlotte, to celebrate the christening of their new baby, Prince Louis.

In a video published by Kensington Palace, the mum-of-three looks fantastic dressed in Alexander McQueen as she held her sleeping two-month-old in her arms, in what is one of her rare appearances during her maternity leave.

Princess Charlotte also looked lovely in a gorgeous dress as she looked over at her little brother while her mum was speaking to The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby, who's performing the ceremony.

Both her and Prince George, who's wearing his trademark shorts, came in holding their dad's hand and politely greeted guests.

This is the first time the Cambridges were pictured as a family of five

The ceremony is also being attended by The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, the recently married Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and well as Kate's mum and dad, Michael and Carole Middleton.

Kate's sister, who's currently expecting her first child, also attended the ceremony, alongside her husband James Matthews, as well as their brother James Middleton.

Other guests included Prince Louis's godparents and their spouses, who have been announced earlier today as close friends and family of the Kate and William.

The three godfathers are Nicholas van Cutsem, whose daughter Florence van Cutsem was a bridesmaid at Prince Harry and Meghan's royal wedding in May; Guy Pelly and Harry Aubrey-Fletcher.

Prince Louis also had three godmothers, who have been names as Laura Meade; Mrs. Robert Carter and Kate's cousin, Miss Lucy Middleton.

After the ceremony, guests and the family-of-five had a private tea at Clarence House, where they were served slices of christening cake, which, according to the official release by Kensington Palace, is a tier taken from The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding cake.

And it looks like Prince Louis will be spoiled with presents from his family members and friends of his parents, as it's been reported that uncle Prince Harry spent £8,000 on a very special present for the baby boy.

According to the Sun, he bought a first edition Winnie-The-Pooh book, so that little Louis can start his own book collection - what a cute (and generous) gift!
