Rochelle Humes reveals that she made daughter Alaia cry with healthy dinner dish

Rochelle Humes has taken to Instagram to share the very strange thing that made her daughter Alaia burst into tears!

Rochelle regularly takes to social media to discuss her experiences of motherhood with fans, and in an Instagram post yesterday, the 28-year-old revealed that one of her home cooked dishes left her oldest child in tears.

Scattered with jewel-toned pomegranate seeds and served with juicy wedges of lemon, Rochelle's healthy dish looked delicious.

'2 whole roasted cauliflower flower heads 💚🥦 Alaia just cried when I asked her to try some,' she captioned the picture.

'It's AMAZING, so tasty!! It's full of Tahini which makes me happy.'

Despite her initial reaction, Rochelle later revealed that her four-year-old turned out to be a fan of the vegetarian meal.

'She tried some and said 'yes is nice, am I done now?'' Rochelle told a follower who was keen to know if Alaia had dared to sample a mouthful of her mum's meal.

Rochelle - who found fame as a member of kids' pop group S Club Juniors in 2001 before joining The Saturdays in 2007 - often treats her followers to pictures of food she's lovingly prepared for her family.

Back in December last year, she impressed admirers by sharing a snap of a hearty sausage recipe, served with mash and green beans.

Another kindly quipped: 'Boss lady in kitchen @rochellehumes🍴.'

Rochelle married JLS star Marvin Homes in July 2012 at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. The duo, who have teamed up to present a couple of episodes of This Morning together over the years, are also parents to a baby girl named Valentina.

The duo welcomed their second daughter on 10 March 2017.

Rochelle and Marvin, 32, recently returned from a sun-drenched family holiday in the Maldives.
