BBC have announced the line up for this year’s Celebrity MasterChef which includes Dolly Parton’s younger sister, reality TV star Gemma Collins and Radio 1’s Clara Amfo.
Yes, its that time of year again when 20 celebrities come together to impress MasterChef judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace in the 13th series of Celebrity MasterChef on BBC One.
The new series starts on 23 August at 8pm and will see 20 celebrities show off their skills and cook to win over the votes from John and Gregg.
The BBC's commissioning editor, Carla-Maria Lawson, said the "wonderfully diverse" line-up of celebrities would serve up 'high drama'. 'They're out of their comfort zones, but determined to make their mark in the MasterChef kitchen,' she said.
Not only will the celebs take on the usual MasterChef challenges, they’ll also be facing a new one this series – the Pairs Challenge, which will see the four semi-finalist contestants split into teams of two.
Each team will cook the same dish but a wall will separate team members so instructions will be told vocally to ensure teams make the same meal. We can’t wait to see them in action!
The lucky celebrities taking on these challenges and the full line up for Celebrity MasterChef 2018 includes the following:
