Iceland expands Slimming World meal range for 2019 – with seven new 'syn' free options
This time of year always brings an attempt to lose those few pounds we all gained over Christmas.
And while some opt for eating a bit more healthily and trying to get in a couple of extra sessions at the gym, a lot of weight loss enthusiasts prefer a more structured approach.
This is where weight loss programmes like Slimming World come into play.
A structured plan to follow and hundreds of yummy recipes to cook up – couldn’t be easier right?
But what happens when you’re just home from a long day at work or you’re being run ragged by the kids and don’t have the time or energy to whip up a healthy meal?

Previously, the weight loss organisation launched a range of ready meals with supermarket Iceland, that give you a delicious and comforting Slimming World friendly dish to dig into – without the use of any pots and pans.
And now, Iceland has expanded its Slimming World meal range for 2019 to give you even more choice.
The frozen food specialist is adding to their collection of exclusive Slimming World meals with a selection of dishes from countries around the world, including Thailand, China and Indonesia.
And the best part? All of the dishes are completely 'syn'-free!
If you want a ‘fakeaway’ for a Friday night, their Thai Fishcakes (£2.50 for a two pack) will do nicely as a starter and the Nasi Goreng Bowl (£3.50), which is inspired by Indonesian street food, acts as a great stand-in to a greasy special fried rice.
Or add their Hoi Sin Sauce (£1.50) to a bit of shredded meat in a lettuce wrap for a twist on duck pancakes.
If you feel like something more comforting, you could opt for their Chunky Beef Chilli (£3.50) or Pork, Squash, Garlic & Sage Sausages (£3 for a six pack).
Or when you’ve got time to fry up a quick steak, top that with their Peppercorn Sauce (£1.50), or add their Parsley Sauce (£1.50) to a fillet of fish. Serve these both alongside the new Slimming World chips that come in absolutely ‘syn’-free!
The range is available now online and in stores across the country.
And if you’re quick you can take advantage of their offer where if you buy three meals you get a free six-pack of their Slimming World-friendly Doughnut Inspired Muller Lights!
