- Prepare your marshmallow using our basic marshmallow recipe.
- Add yellow food colouring and lemon extract towards the end of the whisking, ensuring colour is thoroughly mixed.
- If liked, some sherbet powder can be added to the icing sugar and cornflour mix.

The sherbert powder in this recipe is optional, but if you do use it, your marshmallows will have zingy, tangy flavour reminiscent of sherbet lemons - yum!
