Galette is a French term for a round, crusty cake. Here, squares of golden puff pastry are filled with tomatoes and camembert cheese to create a delicious dinner party appetiser or party snacks.
- 1 pack of ready-made puff pastry
- Sun-dried tomato paste
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Camembert, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
Top squares of the puff pastry with the tomato paste and sliced tomatoes.
Bake until golden, adding slices of camembert towards the end of cooking.
Garnish with olives and basil leaves.
