Malin Andersson confirms devastating news that her daughter has passed away

  • Love Island star Malin Andersson has announced the devastating news that her premature daughter Consy has passed away.

    The Love Island star first announced she was expecting back in June and gave birth to her first child just before Christmas. She named her daughter after her late-mum and had been tracking her health on Instagram, keeping her followers updated as she asked for people to pray for little Consy.

    Sadly, Malin took to Instagram this morning (23 January) to confirm the devastating news that Consy had died.

    Posting a picture of Consy from hospital, Malin wrote: ‘Completely in love with you.. and my Mum just wanted you to be with her. Your time wasn’t ready yet. Mummy loves you. I stayed with you each day.. you opened your eyes one last time for me and I saw those beautiful big brown eyes.’

    She continued: ‘I’m so sorry I couldn’t do anymore. Go be with grandma Consy. ❤️😞 My angel. Rest in peace CONSY GLORIA EMMA ANDERSSON-KEMP 🙏🏽 23/12/18-22/01/19.’

    Malin’s post has been inundated with messages of support from her friends and followers and has over 19,000 likes in under an hour.

    Lauryn Goodman wrote: ‘I am so so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you both. Keep strong ❤️❤️’, while Katie Price’s former boyfriend Kris Boyson said: ‘So sorry to hear this @missmalinsara – You’re a strong girl. Thoughts are with you! 🙏🏼’.

    Another follower said: ‘My heart is broken my dear sweet girl thinking of you and praying for you all goodnight god bless beautiful princess consy May you now rest in perfect peace 💝’.
