Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's sweet thank you cards for royal fans who congratulated them on Archie’s arrival
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have sent out sweet thank you cards to royal fans.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who recently welcomed their first child together have sent out thank you cards to fans who congratulated them on the birth of their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
The pair welcomed their two-month-old son back in May, just a year after tying the knot the year before.
Unsurprisingly, the new parents received an abundance of congratulations, with many celebratory cards coming from royal fans.
And now Prince Harry and Meghan have sent out their own notes, thanking fans for their kind wishes.
Royal fans took to Instagram to share the heartfelt thank you card that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex sent out to members of the public.
The front of the card features an adorable snap of the young family from their photo call in Windsor, when little Archie was only two days old.

The back of the card then details a sweet message that reads: ‘The Duke and Duchess of Sussex greatly appreciate you taking the time to write and celebrate the birth of Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.
‘Their Royal Highnesses have been incredibly touched by all of the warm wishes they have received during this especially joyfully time in their lives. They send their best wishes and heartfelt thanks.’

It is not unusual for the royal family to send out cards to members of the public. They will generally send thank you cards to fans who have got in touch for birthdays, christenings, weddings and anniversaries.
The Sussexes even sent out a sweet Christmas card last year to commemorate their first Christmas as a married couple.
And so it’s likely that any fans who sent over well wishes for Archie when he was christened last week will be in for a thank you card from the royal couple sometime soon.
Fans may not have been able to catch a glimpse of last week’s ceremony, as the new parents decided to keep it private, but they were treated to a series of sweet family photos on Instagram from the occasion.
Baby Archie looked adorable in his traditional royal christening gown, surrounded by all of his family.
We just can’t wait to get another glimpse of him – hopefully we won’t have to wait too long!
