Olly Murs reveals weight loss amazing in before and after photos

You've GOT to see these...

Olly Murs is looking incredibly trim after a 12-week diet and shape-up for his Never Been Better tour.

The 31-year-old star, who found fame on the X Factor in 2009, has been showing off his newly-scultped torso (not that we thought it needed any sculpting) in a candid black and white before and after shot. Doesn't he look amazing?

And the man credited with Olly's new physique? Celebrity trainer Rob Sully, whose clientele include Matt and Emma Willis, McBusted's Danny Jones and, of course, Olly.

Trainer Rob posted the before and after pictures on his Instagram account, praising the singer for all his hard work, and, unsurprisingly, they've harboured quite a lot of attention (namely from Olly's female fans).

One Instagram user commented: 'Seeing Olly get trimmed down has inspired me to get fit myself - I'm joining a gym this week!' Another said, 'Looks amazing in both photos to me!'

The star's regime involved working out three times a week and healthy eating, for a total of 12 weeks. His trainer, who was clearly thrilled with Olly's progress, wrote: 'This is what happened to @ollymurs when we had 12 weeks training to get tour ready.

'The tour itself was fantastic and it was great to see Olly improve every night as his strength, fitness, mobility and performance grew.' Since coming runner-up on the X Factor in 2009, Olly has gone on to have a string of UK hits before returning to the programme to become an Xtra Factor presenter with co-host Caroline Flack in 2011. It was announced earlier this year that he and Caroline would be taking over presenting the main X Factor show from Dermot O'Leary.

Earlier this month it was revealed that Olly had split with his property developer girlfirend, Francesca Thomas, after three years together, a time he described as 'a difficult couple of weeks.' He was reportedly left 'numb' and 'heartbroken' after the split.

It's great to see Olly looking in such great shape, keep up the good work!
