Lidl launches hair styling range with Christina Aguilera - and prices start at just £1.99
In the last few years supermarkets and high-street stores have seriously upped their game when it comes to low-cost beauty.
Aldi and B&M released cheap candles modelled on the bestselling Jo Malone offerings, the likes of Primark, Superdrug and Next have all released cheap perfumes that smell just like designer scents and reliable Aldi also famously came out with a skincare and makeup range inspired by top brands like Liz Earle, NARS, Benefit and Charlotte Tilbury.
And now budget supermarket Lidl is coming out with a hair styling range to rival the best of them. And the best part? Prices start from only £1.99.
Designed in collaboration with singer Christina Aguilera, the range contains eight different products for everything you would need to complete different hairstyles.
Their 2200W Ionic Hairdryer is said to use advanced ion technology to help reduce static charge and leave hair shiny and manageable. It comes with two different attachments to diffuse air for curls or filter it for blow-drying and it costs only £12.99, which is a fraction of the price of other market-leading hairdryers.
The range also includes a Hair Straightener with LED Screen, £14.99, and a Rotating Hot Air Styler, £17.99, for those who don’t want to splash out on GHD hair straighteners.
If you prefer the curly look their Wave Curler, £17.99, will do the job.

Or if you’re one of those who likes to mix up their hair styles and try something different now and then, Lidl’s Multi-Function Styler, £14.99, will allow you to create a range of looks with its seven separate attachments.
Its parts are also ceramic-coated to keep your hair sleek and get rid of any unwanted frizziness.
And the range even includes a product for those who constantly need to touch up on-the-go with their Mini Hair Straightener that comes in at only £5.99.
You can also get a Hairbrush for £1.99 or a clever Hair Straightening Hairbrush that has an adjustable temperature control and uses ceramic-coated bristles and ionic technology to keep hair sleek.
The whole range is available in stores now but is only available while stocks last, so you better get down there before it’s gone.
