Leading supermarket Morrisons is selling a unicorn flower bouquet.

The Morrisons unicorn flower bouquet is on sale in the supermarket as part of the retailer’s Mother’s Day collection.

Unicorn fever really does look like it’s going nowhere quickly.

This exciting launch is just the newest offering in a string of unicorn-based products that UK retailers have come out with recently.

After the craze of last year’s unicorn milk and the previous enthusiasm over unicorn cakes, trinkets and home décor, Matalan released a magical colour-changing unicorn kids raincoat just last month.

And only a week afterwards bargain store B&M came out with a set of glow-in-the-dark unicorn bedding for little ones to keep the magical unicorn illusion alive.

The mythical creature has even infiltrated the food industry...

Not only has Aldi included unicorn characters in this year’s Easter range, earlier this year frozen food specialists Iceland also jumped on the bandwagon with their unicorn turkey nuggets. Now that’s our kind of dinner.

But while up until now most of the new unicorn releases have been aimed at little ones, Morrisons decided to let mums join in on the magic.

Their Unicorn Gift Bag comes with a gorgeous bouquet of white, cream, pink and baby blue flowers all presented in pretty paper and a unicorn-designed gift bag. And there’s even a colourful horn poking out of the top.

The bouquet will be available in stores across the country from 27th March for only £15 – so you might want to start dropping hints to the kids and the other half.

If unicorns aren’t your style, the purse-friendly supermarket is also a range of other Mother’s Day options.

For bright and bubbly characters, their No.1 Mum Bright Bouquet (£10) comes with an overwhelming display of colourful blooms or if you want something more understated their Spring Gift Basket (£10) has pretty pink flowers surrounded by greenery.

Or if you want to say thank you to your mum, their Thank You Mum Bouquet (£5) is a chic white, pink and purple arrangement that comes with a cute little teddy bear sitting in the middle.

You can also choose from more classic options, including a Tulip Gift Bag (£6), Hydrangea Gift Pot (£5) or extravagant rose and lily bouquets ranging from £15 to £25.
