  • Peter Andre has spoken out after Strictly's Kelvin Fletcher and Oti Mabuse enjoyed a late night out partying without their other halves.

Pete, who is dad of four – to daughter Amelia, six, and Theo, three, with wife Emily and son Junior, 14 and daughter Princess, 12, from his previous marriage to Katie Price, starred on the dance contest back in 2015, has revealed his thoughts on nights out without your partner.

‘When I did Strictly in 2015 I never went to parties without Emily, but that’s not to say I think other people are wrong for doing so,’ he said in his column this week in New! magazine.

He continued, ‘In my opinion, when you’re married to someone, your partner should always be invited on nights out. I don’t like going to big events like Pride Of Britain without Emily, but I still go because it’s a special, one-off evening. We like to do things together, but it’s not always possible due to the kids and work. It’s what suits your relationship.’

What are the claims against Kelvin?

Kelvin and his professional dance partner Oti were pictured out drinking together and just days after the night out, his wife Eliza briefly unfollowed him on Instagram. But Kelvin since uploaded a snap of him and his wife together for Valentine’s Day to show a united front.

He has since been hit with claims he ‘met up with the woman he sent lewd sexts to in luxury hotels’.

It was also revealed Kelvin and Eliza Marsland actually split up 10 years ago, after she reportedly became jealous of the attention he was getting from other women, with him starring in Emmerdale as Andy Sugden at the time.

Back in 2010, a Eliza’s pal told The Sun, ‘Liz has always been jealous of the attention Kelvin receives.

‘He is always getting stopped by girls wanting his autograph when he’s on nights out.

‘Kelvin assures her nothing goes on but over the years it has worn her down and she decided that she just couldn’t continue seeing him.’

The married couple later got back together, but Kelvin did confess Eliza wasn’t even able to watch Emmerdale in case he was kissing a co-star – and struggled with him being chatted up off-screen.
