Kate Middleton’s 'two veg' breakfast is an easy energy boost for busy mums
The Princess of Wales is said to eat the same things for breakfast each day

Kate Middleton's 'two veg' breakfast is an easy energy boost for busy mums - and it's claimed it 'allows her to look and feel great'.
The Princess of Wales has a busy schedule when it's not half-term, whether it's doing the school run for her three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis or attending royal engagements.
And juggling parenting and work is tricky for most families, but despite being in the Royal Family, Kate has a pretty normal way of boosting her energy and it's by having a healthy breakfast that consists of the same two vegetables.
Hair professionals at Longevita, claim the princess eats oats, which are high in protein, carbohydrates and fibre. Followed by a breakfast drink made of kale, spinach and spirulina - a plant-based protein that is said to have antioxidant, pain-relief, anti-inflammatory, and brain-protective properties.
This drink mix contains protein and healthy vitamins that are part of their natural ingredients.
It is also thought that Kate will eat another bowl of porridge to keep her energy levels high during the day - and its great for eating on the go in a tub.
Packing her daily meals and snacks with nutrients that promote healthy hair growth like watermelon salad, feta, avocado and cucumber, plus goji berries, raw fruit and vegetables, it might be why Kate's hair is strong and shiny.
A spokesperson for Longevita previously said, "The Duchess of Cambridge is undoubtedly one of the most influential women on the planet when it comes to style and these findings only amplify that.
"The surge in interest for the hairstyles that the Duchess wears can be attributed to her timeless and elegant style. The simplicity of the hairstyle creates a timeless feel to the portraits as well as being a look that is easily emulated by fans.”
During Prince William and Kate's royal tour of India, Chef Raghu Deora said he was asked to rustle up vegetable kebabs and lentil curry for the royal couple.
He explained, "It is all vegetarian because I was told that was what they preferred."
In other royal news, King Charles set to abandon a £100 million royal family hobby that’s been passed down for generations and Mike Tindall's 'last meal' choice revealed and it’s a perfect family favourite to make with the kids.
