
These easy chicken wings are great finger food for all the family and also perfect for barbecues
Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings / drumsticks / breast fillets / thighs
- 500ml (1pint) lager
- 1tbsp honey
- 3tbsp Worcester sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Large pinch of salt

Method
- To start this chicken wing recipe spear the chicken wings onto a skewer. Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hrs.
- When ready to cook, arrange the chicken wings onto a baking sheet and pour over some of the marinade. Grill for 15-20 mins, basting occasionally and turning once, until the meat on the bone is opaque.
- If using a barbecue, cook over a low heat for 20- 30 mins and baste occasionally. Check they are cooked throughout before serving.
