Supernanny Jo Frost reveals the secret behind her slimmer figure
'I am just trying to live as well as I can'

Supernanny Jo Frost has opened up about the lifestyle changes she's made after fans noticed her slimmer figure during a recent TV appearance.
Speaking to the Sun Online, the 45-year-old said: 'I am just trying to live as well as I can within the hours of my work. I'm still trying to work out a balance and I have my off days like everyone else.'
Jo explained that she'd started being more mindful about the choices she makes around food, but added: 'I don't beat myself up about it too much if I'm not able to follow it, though.'
'I recognise that everything you fall off and you can get yourself back on it then it actually does make you mentally stronger. Not all is lost!'
'You have to remember that tomorrow is a new day and you can be more conscious of the choice you made before and try not to repeat.'
'It is nice for people to be inspired by it [her healthy lifestyle] and in a way it's another part of what I do with my work with families.'
Jo showed off the results of her hard work during a segment on This Morning, where she offered advice to viewers on a number of children's sleep problems.
She's spoken about her size in the past, telling the Guardian in 2013: 'I'm a larger lady, a plus size with a bit of belly fat. I know what suits me, clothes-wise: blouses, tailored jackets and pencil skirts.'
However, she also said that she'd become more aware of her body's requirements as she got older: 'I'm more mindful of what I eat and how much sleep I get now I'm older,' she revealed to the paper.
'I need eight hours. I eat tons of fruit and vegetables, and take care over how much I eat.'
At the time, she admitted: 'I'd like to reduce my weight, so I would feel healthier and look better in my clothes, but I'm not obsessed with scales and pounds.'
Jo shot to fame as the face of Channel 4's Supernanny in 2004, and subsequently launched several spin-offs to the successful show, including a series in America.
She's notoriously private about her personal life, but did tell the Loose Women panel in 2016 that she was planning her wedding.
