  • All mums understand the struggles of pregnancy, especially when it comes to the due date. Jess Shears is no exception, as she told fans she’s getting impatient waiting for her baby to arrive.

The 26-year-old shared a picture on Instagram, asking mums to share their tips to bring on labour. Despite being heavily pregnant, the star looked glamorous as ever as she posed for the photo.

Jess Shears’ caption read: ‘I thought waiting for the rides at Disney was long, I had no idea how long it would take waiting for baby to arrive. Any tips on how to pass the time, constantly tired but so bored sat around waiting.’

In her Instagram stories, she also sounded off about how she wasn’t loving the third trimester. She explained that while the second trimester was lovely and magical, the third trimester is a lot of ‘waiting, and waiting’.

Fans were quick to offer up some labour-inducing advice, with one saying: ‘Long walk if you can! And keep bouncing on your ball! 💛’

Another agreed with walking, adding: ‘Long walks bought on all three of my labours’

One fan suggested she ‘eat fresh pineapple’, and another simply said: ‘They will come when they’re ready’.

Another agreed, adding: ‘Just try to relax, your going to be busy soon. Make the most of it while you can. 🥰’
